| 摘 要： | 目的：应用MRI测量正常青少年不同年龄段（分3组）下腰椎椎管横、矢径、关节间径并总结其变化规律.方法：应用MRI对L3、L4、L5、S1进行横断面扫描,分别测量横、矢状径、关节间径,并探讨测量值与年龄增长因素之间的关系.结果：同一个体横径表现为S1 ＞L5 ＞L4 ＞L3,矢状径表现为L3＞L4＞L5＞S1;各年龄组椎管矢状径无明显差异;L3～～ S1段15岁以上各组椎管横径大于以下两组（P＜0.05）;各年龄组关节间径无明显差异.结论：随年龄增长,青少年椎管发生变化,主要在横径方面增大,矢状径和关节间径基本不变,15岁为其分水岭.

| Abstract: | Objective： To measure the transverse diameter （TD）, the sagittal diameter（ SD）, the interarticu- lar diameter （ID） in lower lumbar spine of normal youngsters at different ages with MRI and sum up their changing regularity. Methods： L3 - Slsegments were scanned with MRI, their TD, SD, ID were measured and the relation with age growing was discussed. Result： TD of the same person showed S1 ~ L5 〉 L4 〉 L3, SD of all groupswas not obvious different in L3 - Slsegments, TD of every groups above 15 years old was larger than that of two groups below（P〈 0.05 ）;IFD among all groups showed no obvious difference. Conclusion： SD of spine canal become larger mainly along with age growing, SD and ID don＇ t change basi - cally, the water parting of the a~e is 15. |
