| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝硬化患者凝血酶原时间（PT）和肝功能指标：总胆汁酸（TAB）、总胆红素（TBIL）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、白蛋白（ALB）的变化规律及其相关性分析。方法：用STA-REolution血凝分析仪检测血浆凝血酶原时间，用贝克曼AU5400全自动生化分析仪测定80例肝硬化患者肝功能指标；与对照组40例比较，并做相关性分析。结果：肝硬化患者的肝功能指标均明显高于健康对照组；血浆凝血酶原时间明显长于健康对照组；且肝硬化患者的肝功能指标与血浆凝血酶原时间呈正相关。结论：随着肝脏损伤的加重，肝功能各项指标升高且血浆凝血酶原时间延长，且两者之间呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the dependency and the change rule of prothrombin time（PTA） and liver function： TBA. TBIL. ALT. AST. ALB. in the patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods：With the STA - R Eolu- tion blood coagulation analyzer to detect PT, Beckman AU5400 automatic biochemical analyzer is used to test 80 cases of patients with cirrhosis liver function index; Compared with the control group 40 cases, and make corre- lation analysis. Results： The liver function indices of cirrhosis were significantly higher than the normal group; Plasma prothrombin time significantly longer than the normal group; And in patients with cirrhosis of liver func- tion index was positively correlated with PT. Conclusion：Ast he liver damage is aggravating, elevated liver func- tion indicators and extend plasma prothrombin time, and between the two are related |
