线索细胞检查法对育龄期妇女细菌性阴道病的筛检价值

目的：探讨线索细胞检查法对育龄期妇女细菌性阴道病（BV）的筛检价值.方法：用棉拭子收集450例育龄期妇女的阴道分泌物,分别用Amsel法和线索细胞检查法进行检测分析.结果：Amsel法检出BV阳性280例,线索细胞检查法检出阳性278例.线索细胞检查法诊断BV的敏感度93.9％,特异度91.2％,诊断效率92.9％.该方法与Amsel法比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：线索细胞检查法具有结果准确、简便快速、经济适用的特点,可作为阴道分泌物常规检查项目在临床开展应用,对育龄期妇女细菌性阴道病的筛检有重要价值.

Evaluation on the screening value of clue cell method for bacteria vaginosis

Objective ： To evaluate the screening value of the clue method for bacteria vaginosis （BV）. Methods ： Vaginal secretions of 450 women of child - bearing age were tested with amsel method and clue cell method, respectively. The test result of the clue method was compared with that of amsel method, which was taken as standard. Results ： There were 280 positive ca- ses with amsel method and 278 positive cases with clue cell method. The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic efficiency of the clue cell method was 93.9% ,91.2% and 92.9% ,respectively. There was no significant difference between the two menthods （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clue cell method holds significant screening value to the bacteria vaginosis and also can be used as a vaginal secretion routine test project in clinical application based on it characteristics：simple to operate and accurate.
