副溶血性弧菌引起食物中毒的病原学检测

摘    要:目的对从食物中毒患者粪便标本以及可疑食物中分离到的病原菌,进行表型和毒力基因的鉴定以及同源性分析。方法参照食品卫生微生物学检验中副溶血性弧菌检验方法(GB/T4789.7—2008),分离鉴定副溶血性弧菌。对检出的副溶血性弧菌做血清分型、耐药性、毒力基因(toxR、trh、tdh、tlh)的测定,并用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PulsedFieldGelElectrophoresis,PFGE)测定菌株的同源性。结果从3份食物标本和5份患者粪便标本中检出副溶血性弧菌8株,8株菌分属于不同的血清型。8株菌的生物学性状和药物敏感性试验一致。8株菌的toxR和tlh均阳性,trh均阴性,tdh为粪便标本均阳性,食物标本均阴性。8株菌共产生6种PFGE带型。结论此次食物中毒由副溶血性弧菌引起,但分离于粪便标本和分离于可疑食物标本的菌株之间,其PFGE带型比较分散,可能是由副溶血性弧菌多种O抗原群混合污染引起。

Pathogen Detection on Food Poisoning Caused by Vibrio Parahaemolyticus

Abstract:Objective To identify and homologically analyze the phenotype and virulence genes of pathogens isolated from the stool of patients with food poisoning or from suspicious food. Methods To reference microbiological examination of food hygiene exmination of vibrio parahaemolyticus (GB/T4789.7- 2008 ) isolation and identification of vibrio parahaemolyticus, and the detection of vibrio parahaemolyticus serotype, drug resistance, virulence gene (toxR, trh, tdh, tlh)with pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) strain was the determination of homology. Result Detected 8 vibrio parahaemolyticus strains from 3 food sample and 5 stool sample. These 8 strains belong to different serotypes. The results of their biological characteristics and medicine susceptibility testing are identical. Their toxR and tlh are all positive, trh all negative. Tdh from stool sample are all positive and from food sample are all negative. There are 6 PFGE banding pattern from these trains. Conclusion This food poisoning incident was caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus. Because the PFGE banding patterns vary from the strains isolated from stool and food, this incident may be caused by multiple O antigen mixed vibrio parahaemolyticus.
