| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区中高血压病的综合防治效果。方法:对文峰社区的家庭进行入户调查,建立健康档案、健康计划及药物控制计划,对35岁以上高血压患者实施健康教育、饮食控制、药物控制等综合防治方案,为期3年。结果:实施以上高血压病的一系列防治措施,治疗效果显著。结论:增加患者的相关健康知识、采取综合防治措施对预防和控制高血压的发生与发展可起到一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To discuss the effect of integrated control of hypertension in community. Methods ： The way to do the investigation of a family in the community of wenfeng, to establish health records, health plans and drug control programs and implementation of health education for hypertensive patients over the age of 35, diet control, drug control and comprehensive prevention program. Duration is three years. Results ：The series of preventive measures for the implementation of the above hy- pertension,was treatment effect significant. Conclusion：To improve the patient＇s health knowledge, to take comprehensive pre- vention and control measures can play a role in the control of hypertension. |
