卫生工作者对接种率影响因素判定的调查分析

目的了解现阶段影响疫苗接种率的因素，以提高疫苗接种率。方法通过查阅文献、专家访问，确定接种率影响因素的指标。对卫生工作者进行问卷调查，评分结果计算算数均值、标准差、满分频率、变异系数，得到综合指数对各指标的重要性进行判断。结果调查卫生工作者198人，对接种率影响因素重要性判断居前10位的分别为：经费投入、接种医生责任心、社会宣传、卫生政策、医院领导的重视程度、疫苗安全性、接种医生收入、医生接种时的态度、接种医生的数量和儿童流动性。被调查对象性别和工作年限对于接种率影响因素的判断无影响，技术职称和学历对少数指标略有影响，总体上趋于一致。工作类别对接种率影响因素的判断影响较大（P〈0．01），但总体上不同工作地点的人群对于接种率影响因素指标重要性排序上趋于一致。结论现阶段社会经济因素以及预防接种提供方对接种率的影响应予以考虑。提高免疫规划工作的经费投入，制定有利于事业发展的卫生政策，加强健康教育和宣传，以激励接种医生的工作积极性，有利于巩固和提高疫苗接种率。

Analyses of Influencing Factors to the Coverage of Vaccines among the Health Care Staff

Objective To understand the influencing factors to the vaccination coverage, in order to improve the coverage of vaccines. Methods The influencing factors to the vaccination coverage were determined by reading literature in China national knowledge infrastructure （CNKI）. and advice professional experts. Then to calculate the average, standard deviation, frequence of full, and coeffcient of variation for getting comprehensive index to identify the importence of influencing factors to the vaccination coverage. Results 198 Health Care Staff （HCS） were investigated. The key influencing factors are： input of funding, responsibilities of HCS, social mobilization and publicity, health policy, hospital leaders＇ attention, safety of vaccine, income of immunization staff, attitude of immunization staff, number of immunization staff and migrant children. The gender and the work years of HCS does not impact coverage professional position and education level impact on some indicators. The classification of work is an important influencing factor to the coverage. Conclusion Social economic and immunization supplier are influencing factors to the coverage. It will be benefit to improve the coverage through increasing input of immunization, suitable health policy, strengthening health education and motivating HCS.
