实习护生护患有效沟通能力的调查与分析

目的：对临床护理实习生与患者进行有效沟通能力的现状进行调查,探索临床带教如何提高护生有效沟通水平.方法：对随机选取的110名实习护生采用临床沟通能力测评量表进行测评,并对影响护患沟通能力的显著因素进行分析.结果：本组实习护生临床沟通能力得分普遍不高（67.87±16.95）分,得分率为60.65％;不同学历层次的护生在沟通能力及意识上存在差异性,差异有显著统计学意义（F=25.14,P＜0.01）.结论：在实习带教过程中,应注重护生沟通能力的训练和培养,有效激发护生掌握护患沟通技巧的学习热情,使其迅速提高职业能力,为今后的临床实践做好准备.

Investigation and Analysis on Effective Communication Ability of Student Nurse

Objective： Ability to communicate effectively in patients with clinical nursing interns and the present situation of the investigation, to explore the clinical teaching how to improve the level of nursing students communicate effectively. Methods： Randomly selected 110 internship nursing students using clinical communication skills assessment scale to measure, and to analyze factors influencing the communication ability of nurses and patients significantly. Results： Practice nursing students in clinical communication ability score is not high （67.87 ＋ 16.95） generally, the first is 60.65% ; Nursing students with different levels of degree difference exists in the communication ability and consciousness, with significant difference statistically significant（F =25.14, P （0.01）. Conclusion： In the process of practice teaching, should pay attention to the training of nursing students communication skills and to develop, effectively arouse the learning enthusiasm of the nursing students to master communication skills of nurses and patients, rapidly improve their vocational skills, to prepare for future clinical practice.
