| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨S-100A4蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及发生发展关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法（S-P法）评价胃癌组织及正常胃组织中S-100A4蛋白表达情况。结果：S-100A4在胃癌组中的表达显著高于癌旁正常胃黏膜组（P〈0．05）。S-100A4的表达率与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期密切相关．而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小、分化程度无明显相关（P〉0．05）。结论：S-100A4可能与胃癌组织的发生、发展具有一定的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective： Investigate S- 100A4Protein in gastric carcinoma and the development ot relations. Method： Application Immunohistochemical method to evaluate gastric cancer tissues and normal tissues S- 100 A4 protein expression. Result： S- 100At in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than in adjacent nor- mal mucosa group. S- 100A4 expression rate and depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, tumor stage is closely correlated with patient age, gender, tumor size, degree of differentiation was no significant correla- tion. Conclusion：S- 100A4 may be related to the incidence of gastric cancer, the development has a certain rele- vance. |
