| 摘 要： | 造影剂在介入医学的发展中发挥重要的作用,久之副作用也逐一显现,造影剂肾病就是介入医生直面的一大课题.通常研究者主要关注造影剂渗透压对肾功能的影响,而忽略黏度与肾功能之间的关系.本文主要就造影剂黏度对肾功能的影响,以及胱抑素C在早期肾损害中的作用做一综述.探讨造影剂肾病的防治新方法.

| Abstract: | With the contrast media take a important role in vascular interventional therapy development, appearing the side effects of one by one, contrast nephropathy is a key question for the doctor. Researchers usually focuses on the contrast agent osmotic pressure influence on runal function , and ignore the relationship between the viscosity and renal function. This paper reviewed the contrast viscosity influence on renal function and the role of serum cystatin in early renal damage. To discuss a new method for prevention and control of contrast nephropathy. |
