64排螺旋CT冠脉成像对心肌桥-壁冠状动脉的诊断价值

目的：探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像在诊断心肌桥-壁冠状动脉（MCA）的应用价值.方法：回顾性分析64SCT冠状动脉成像患者450临床和影像资料.结果：在450例受检患者中,发现心肌桥126例,共153处发生率为28％,25例为多支受累,前降支占70％,左旋支占18％,右冠状动脉占3％.MCA肌桥长度5～35 mm,平均20 mm,厚度2～5 mm,平均2.5 mm.结论：64排螺旋CT冠脉成像能明确检出心肌桥,为临床诊断、治疗提供更有价值的信息.

Diagnostic Value of 64 Rows Spiral CT on Myocardial Bridge and Mural Coronary Artery

Objective：To discuss the values of coronary angiography with 64- slice spiral CT（64SCT） for diagnosis myocardial bridge and mural coronary artery. Methods： 64SCT and clinical data of 450 patients were retrospectively. Results ：126 MB- MCA were found in 450 （28%） patients, 25 examples exhaust oneself for many. 70 % located in left anterior descending arteries. 18 % in left circumflex arteries and 3 % in right coronary arteries. The length of MB was 5--36 mm, average 20 mm, depth was 2--5 mm, average 2.5 mm： Conclusion： 64SCT coronary angiography carl clearly detect the myocardial bridge. which can provide more worthy information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
