沙戟化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的研究新疆产沙戟全草的化学成分。方法反复硅胶柱色谱,薄层色谱,凝胶柱色谱,波谱分析技术和理化常数对照。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为伞形花内酯(Ⅰ),七叶内酯(Ⅱ),东莨菪素(Ⅲ),秦皮素(Ⅳ),鼠李素(Ⅴ),槲皮苷(Ⅵ),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ),秦皮苷(Ⅷ),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷(Ⅹ),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷(Ⅺ)和芦丁(Ⅻ)。结论上述化合物均首次从沙戟属中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Chrozophora sabulosa Kar.(Xinjiang origin).METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by using repeated silical gel column chromatography,preparative thin layer chromatography,Sephadex chromatography,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physical-chemical properties.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as umbelliferone(Ⅰ),aesculetin(Ⅱ),scopoletin(Ⅲ),fraxetin(Ⅳ),rhamnetin(Ⅴ),quercitrin(Ⅵ),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅶ),fraxin(Ⅷ),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅸ),kaempferol-3-O-β-Drutinoside(Ⅹ),apigenin-7-O-β-D-rutinoside(Ⅺ) and rutin(Ⅻ). CONCLUSION All of these twelve compounds are obtained from this genus for the first time.
