颈康饮治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

目的]观察颈康饮治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法]将152例神经根型颈椎病病例，随机分为颈康饮治疗组（87例）和颈复康颗粒对照组（65例），分别观察2组患者治疗前后主要症状疼痛程度（VAS法）、血液流变学指标、血清细胞因子IL-10和血黏附因子的变化，并比较2组疗效。结果]治疗组和对照组治疗后疼痛积分较治疗前均明显减少（P〈0．01），2组间治疗前后疼痛积分的差值比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；血液流变学指标、血清细胞因子IL-10和血黏附因子，治疗后2组均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组的治愈率、有效率与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论]颈康饮治疗神经根型颈椎病有明显的疗效。

Clinical study on treatment of Jing Kang Yin decoction for cervical spondylosis neuiodynia

Objective]To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jing Kang Yin decoction on nerve-root cervical spondylosis.Method]152 patients with Cervical Spondylosis neuiodynia were selected and divided into two groups;treatment group with Jing kang Yin decoction(87 cases) and control group with Jingfukang(65 cases).Pain degree(VAS methods),hemorheological indexes,serum cytokine IL-10 and adhesion molecule were observed before and after treatment and the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result]Pain scores of two groups were lower after treatment than treatment before(P<0.01),the differences of pain scores post-treatment and pretreatment between two groups were different obviously(P<0.05).Hemorheological indexes,cytokine IL-10 and adhesion molecule after treatment between two groups were different obviously(P<0.05).The differences of cure rate and effective rate between two groups were positive(P<0.05).Conclusion]The treatment effect of Jing Kang Yin decoction is significant for nerve-root cervical spondylosis.
