| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨柴葛口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法：通过溶剂选择和正交设计L9(3^4)，筛选合理的提取工艺，并制定质量控制方法。结果：最优提取工艺为A2B3C1D2，即加4倍量的水煎煮3次，每次1．5h，50％的乙醇除杂质，合并收集好的挥发油。结论：提取工艺合理，质量控制较全面。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find out the optimal extraction techniques for bupleurum-puerariae oral solution. Methods: To establish the quality control methods and optimize the extractive processes by orthogonal design L9 (34) and correct solvent. Results: The best optimum extraction condition was A2B3C1D2 that is, an amount of water four times the solution was added, and boiled three times, 1.5 h each time, with the impurities got rid of by 50% alcohol and mixed with the volatile oils at last. Conclusions: The technological process was suitable, the quality was controlled in a relatively comprehensive way. < |
