| 摘 要： | 目的探讨3种不同化学发光系统(A:Elecsys 2010、B:Architect i2000、C:Dxi 800)测定甲胎蛋白(AFP)和糖类抗原125(CA125)结果的可比性。方法取不同浓度AFP的血清79份和CA125血清55份,分别在3种化学发光免疫系统上进行AFP和CA125检测,分析比较结果。结果AFP和CA125测定结果在3种检测系统间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),2个项目在3种检测系统之间各相关系数均>0.975。以A系统作为基准系统对B、C系统作临床可接受性能评价,AFP结果B系统临床部分接受,C系统全部接受;CA125结果B和C系统临床全部接受。结论3种检测系统测定CA125结果临床可接受性能评价具有可比性,他们之间差异可为临床所接受,AFP在A和C系统之间的差异可为临床接受。
