中老年人黄斑光敏感度下降的原因分析

目的 :探讨中老年人黄斑光敏感度下降的原因。方法 :采用国产APS -60 0 0B型自动视野分析仪 ,对 14 0例 2 80眼的中老年人进行 0°～ 3 0°中心视野全阈值检测。其中老年黄斑变性组 60眼 ,青光眼组 5 6眼 ,糖尿病组 5 0眼 ,高血压组 44眼 ,分别与对照组 70眼比较。结果 :老年黄斑变性组、青光眼组和糖尿病组的黄斑光敏感度均有不同程度的下降 ,而高血压组与对照组相比差异无显著性。结论 :除年龄因素外 ,老年黄斑变性、青光眼和糖尿病可能是造成中老年人黄斑光敏感度下降的重要原因。其发病机理可能与细胞的凋亡、微循环障碍和血液流变学的改变有关。

Analysis on the decrease of macular light sensitivity in mid-senile people

Objective:To evaluate the reasons of the decrease of macular light sensitivity in mid senile people. Methods:280 eyes were detected on light sensitivity of central visual field with APS 6000 automatic perimetry.Age related maculopathy,glaucoma,diabetes mellitus and hypertension groups were 60,56,50 and 44 eyes,respectively.They were all compared with the control (70 eyes) one by one. Results:Patients with age related maculopathy,glaucoma and diabetes mellitus had the reduction of macular light sensitivity,and cases with hypertension were same as the control.There were statistically significant differences in four groups except the hypertension group Conclusions:There may be many reasons involved in the decrease of the macular light sensitivity in mid senile people;but the age related maculopathy,glaucoma and the diabetes mellitus may be the main points.From the pathogenesis,cell apoptosis,microcirculation block and the hemorrheological changes may be related with it.
