| 摘 要： | 糖尿病是卒中的独立危险因素之一，与脑小血管病变（small vessel disease，SVD）有着密切的关系。脑白质疏松（Leukoaraiosis，LA）是SVD的主要类型之一，不仅在影像学上有着特征性改变，而且临床中常以认知障碍为突出的临床表现，严重影响患者的生活质量。本文针对糖尿病与白质疏松的关系以及相关的认知障碍的有关研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Diabetes Mellitus is one of independent risk factors of cerebrovascular diseases, and it is closely related with brain small vessel disease（SVD）. Leukoaraiosis（LA） is considered to be one type of SVD. LA has distinctively changes in imaging and manifests as cognitive impairment prominently in clinic, which impacts the patients＇ quality of life seriously. The article reviews the research progress on the relationship between Diabetes Mellitus and Leukoaraiosis, as well as the related cognitive impairment. |
