| Abstract: | The stereoselective reactions catalyzed by enzymes are one of the hot topics in synthesis of the chiral drugs. According to chemical reaction type, this article reviewed enzymatic hydrolysis, reduction, acylation and reductive amination in the application of chiral drug synthesis, focusing on the stereoselectivity. |
