指压天突穴促进肺部术后排痰的效果观察

目的：探讨指压天突穴治疗肺部术后排痰困难临床意义。方法：选择60例肺部手术病人，随机分成两组，每组30例，观察组采用指压天突穴加常规护理，对照组单纯采用常规护理，就其两组效果进行观察对比。结果：观察组病人排痰困难明显减轻，呼吸困难明显缓解，总有效率达90％，对照组总有效率仅50％，经统计学处理（秩和检验），P＜0．01，两组疗效有显性差异。结论：指压天突穴促进肺部术后排痰，效果满意，操作简单，容易掌握，不良反应少，值得推广。

Expectoration of the patients with lung operation by massaging Tian Tu acupoint

Objective To observe the clinical effects of expectoration of patients with lung operation by massaging Tian Tu acupoint. Methods 60 cases with expectoration difficulty after lung surgery were evenly divided at random into two groups: A and B. The cases in group A were treated with massage on Tian Tu acupoint and routine nursing; while those in group B were simply treated with routine nursing. The results were compared and analyzed. Results WT6BZ]In group A, the difficulties in expectoration and dyspnea in 90 percent of the patients were relieved remarkably, while in group B the relief of the difficulties happened to only 50 percent of the patients. The discrepancy between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Massage on Tian Tu acupoint is a good choice to treat the expectoration difficulties for the patients with lung operations. It is worthy of popularization because of its easier operation and fewer complications.
