慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并睡眠障碍的研究进展

慢性阻塞性肺疾病，简称“慢阻肺”，具有高病死率和高发病率。我国拥有庞大慢阻肺人群，造成重大医疗保健负担。慢阻肺病人由于咳嗽、咳痰等夜间症状和睡眠通气改变容易出现睡眠障碍，它不仅会严重降低慢阻肺病人的生活质量，还会明显增加病情恶化的风险及其他不良健康结果。因此改善睡眠质量将使慢阻肺病人在疾病管理过程中获益更多。然而，目前临床上关于慢阻肺的评估和管理主要集中在白日症状，忽略了睡眠障碍对慢阻肺病人的重要影响，睡眠障碍成为慢阻肺中被遗忘的维度。因此，该研究就关于慢阻肺合并睡眠障碍的发生机制、表现类型、不良影响以及管理方案的最新研究进展作一综述，以期为临床提供参考。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD, has high mortality and morbidity. Our country has a large population ofchronic obstructive pulmonary disease, causing a major medical burden.
