| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨阴式全子宫切除术及效果。方法 对有子宫切除术指征的34例子宫肌瘤、功能性子宫出血、子宫腺肌症患者行腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术。结果 33例成功，1例中转开腹，成功率为97．6％。结论 腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术具有时间短、损伤小、术后恢复快等优点，可值得推广。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the result and application effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy. [Methods] 40 patients suffered from varius kinds of gynecological diseases underwent laparoscopic assisted vaginal, hysterectomy. [Results] 33 of them were successfully operated,1 was transferred to laporotomy,the success rate was 97.6%. [ Conclusions ] laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy has the charactors of shoter operation time, it is safe and practical. |
