金标免疫渗滤法检测卫氏并殖吸虫循环抗原的研究

目的：建立一种快速，简便，检测卫氏并殖吸虫病患者血清循环抗原（CAg)的新方法。方法：对抗体夹心金标免疫渗滤法（DAS－DIGFA）以抗卫氏并殖吸虫成虫多克隆抗体为包被抗体，加待检血清后再加免疫金标的抗卫并殖吸虫成虫单克隆抗体，阳性者出现红色斑点，结果：用DAS－DIGFA检测59例卫氏并殖吸虫病患者清，其阳性率为96．6％（57／59）；检测正常人血清20例，肺结核病患者血清20例，丝虫病患者血清27例，囊虫病患者血清20例和血吸虫病者血清26例，除1例血吸虫病患者血清阳性外，余均为阴性，特异性为99．1％（112／113）。结论：DAS－DIGFA是一种快速，简便，敏感和特异的检测卫氏并殖吸虫病患者血清中循环抗原的新方法。

Application of DAS-DIGFA in Detecting CAg of Paragonimus

Objective: To establish a rapid and simple method for detecting circulating antigen of paragonimiasis in patients. Methods: A DAS DIGFA was developed by coating the polyclonal antibody to adult Paragonimus westermani (PwA) on nitrocellulose(NC)membrane, adding serum of samples and then labeling monoclonal antibody against PwA with colloidal gold.The positive dot was red. Results: The results showed that fifty seven out of 59 cases with paragonimiasis were positive, the positive rate being 96.6%. Only one patient with schistosomiasis showed positive result among 73 cases with other parasitic diseases, 20 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and 20 health controls. The specificity was 99.1%(112/113). Conclusion: DAS DIGFA is rapid, sensitive and specific for detecting circulating antigen of paragonimus in the patients suffering from paragonimiasis.
