经腹筋膜内全子宫切除术临床效果观察

目的探讨经腹筋膜内全子宫切除术的临床效果。方法将我院2009～2011年间收治的96例子宫良性病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例,对照组患者采取传统开腹全子宫切除术治疗,观察组患者采取经腹筋膜内全子宫切除术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院天数均少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为8.3%,显著低于对照组的27.1%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用经腹筋膜内全子宫切除术治疗子宫良性病变临床疗效确切,术后并发症发生率较低,是一种安全有效的手术方法,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical effect observation of intrafascia hysterectomy with abdominal

Objective To investigate clinical effect of intrafascia hysterectomy with abdominal.Methods 96 cases with benign uterine diseases in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group,patients in the control group were taken traditional laparotomy hysterectomy,patients in the observation group were taken intrafascia hysterectomy with abdominal,compared the clinical effect of patients in two groups.Results The operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time and length of hospital stay of patients in observation group were lower than that in control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The postoperative complication rate of patients in observation group was 8.3%,significantly lower than that in control group（27.1%）,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Taking intrafascia hysterectomy with abdominal to patients with benign uterine diseases has good clinical,the postoperative complication rate is low,it is a safe and effective operation method,worthy of further clinical using.
