小儿腹股沟斜疝两种术式对比分析

目的探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝这一常见疾病手术的最佳方式、操作要点及并发症的预防措施。方法对比分析经腹股沟疝囊高位结扎术与经腹疝囊高位结扎术,两种常用方法术中、术后情况。结果经腹股沟疝囊高位结扎手术250例,平均(30±10)min,术后复发1例,术后阴囊水肿25例;经腹疝囊高为结扎术350例,平均(20±5)min,术后复发1例,阴囊均未出现肿胀;结论小儿腹股沟斜疝手术可优先考虑经腹疝囊高位结扎术。

Clinical analysis of two Kinds of Operation Mode on Children with inguinal hernia.

Objective To explore the best modus operandi of child indirect inguial hernia,operation point and prevent measures of complication.Methods Contrast and analyze the condition during and after operation of transabdominal high ligation of hernial sac and through inguen.Results Through inguen high ligation of hernial sac 250 cases,the mean operation time was（30±10）min,1 case palindromia,edema of scrotum 25 cases;transabdominal high ligation of hernial sac 350 cases,the mean operation time was（20±5）min,1 cases recurred,no edema of scrotum was found;Conclusion Transabdominal high ligation of hernial sac may be a prior consideration for child indirect inguial hernia.
