| 摘 要： | 文章对高等医学院校教师教学质量评估的指导思想、形式、评估内容及指标体系、评估结果处理等四个方面作了对比分析 ,归纳出当前评估工作在指标组成、信度及作用等三个方面存在的问题 ,对如何改进评估 ,从评估内容、评估方式及评估手段等方面作了探索。
