| 摘 要： | 目的 研究糖链抗原-125（CA-125）和细胞角蛋白19片段21-1（CYFRA21-1）联合检测在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）诊断中的临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫法检测了83例肺癌患者、28例肺部良性疾病患者及25名健康体检者的血清CA，125和CYFRA21-1。结果 肺癌组血清CA-125和CYFRA21-1含量显著高于正常对照组和肺良性疾病组；CYFRA21-1在肺鳞癌中表达水平最高，CA-125在肺腺癌中表达水平最高；CA-125和CYFRA21-1联合检测肺癌的敏感性为83．9％，特异性为80%。结论 联合检测CA-125和CYFRA21-1对于临床诊断肺癌，特别是非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）具有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical siginificance of tumor markers CYFRA21-1 and CA125 in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The serum CYFRA21-1 and CA125 were measured in 83 cases of lung cancer,28 cases of benign pulmonary disease and 25 cases of normal control. Results The serum CYFRA21-1 and CA125 in patients with cancer were significantly higher than those in group with benign lung disease and the control ;Patients with squamous cell carcinoma of lung had a higher CYFRA21-1 level, while patients with adenocarnoa had a higher CA125 level. The sensitivity and specificity of the combined determination containing the two tumormarkres were 83.9% and 80% respectively. Conclusion The use of a combination of these three tumormarkers was recommended for the diagnosis of lung cancer. |
