| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微探头超声胃镜对食管、胃隆起性病变的诊断价值。方法对46例食管、胃隆起性病变患者采用小探头超声胃镜进行检查。结果 46例食管、胃隆起性病变患者诊断为平滑肌瘤、息肉、异位胰腺、静脉曲张、脂肪瘤。其中17例手术病例中有14例明确诊断,诊断率82.24%。结论超声胃镜检查对食管、胃隆起性病变有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of miniature ultrasonic probe(MUSP) in the protrusion lesions of esophagus and stomach.Methods Forty-six patients with the protrusion lesions of esophagus and stomach were examined by endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS).Results Forty-six patients with the eminence lesions of esophagus and stomach were diagnosed as leiomyomas,polyps,ectopic pancreas,varicose veins and lipomas.Fourteen of seventeen cases suffering from operation were confirmed.The diagnostic rate was 82.... |
