| 摘 要： | 目的研究SP1基因在大肠癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达,并探讨其与大肠癌生物学行为及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测205例大肠癌原发灶及50例癌旁正常组织中SP1基因的表达情况,观察其表达与大肠癌生物学行为及预后的关系。结果大肠癌旁正常组织中SP1表达阳性率仅为12.0%（6/50）,且均为弱阳性表达。SP1在大肠癌组织中阳性表达率为75.6%（155/205）。SP1表达水平与肿瘤浸润深度和病理分型密切相关（P〈0.05）,而与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移和肿瘤分化程度无关（P〉0.05）。SP1表达阴性组、弱阳性组、阳性组和强阳性组患者平均生存时间分别为64.9、56.6、41.5和36.4个月,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 SP1表达水平与大肠癌浸润深度和病理分型密切相关,并可作为判断大肠癌患者预后的重要指标之一。
