| 摘 要： | 目的:总结78例肝硬化腹水患者的临床护理,提高肝硬化腹水患者的护理质量及治疗成功率。方法:回顾性分析2008年01月-2010年12月我院收治的78例肝硬化腹水患者的临床护理资料。结果:患者积极配合治疗、护理,74例肝功能恢复,腹水逐渐消失,未发生各种护理并发症,4例患者病情恶化死亡。结论:科学的护理措施可有效提高肝硬化腹水患者护理质量,促进患者康复。
