| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨液基细胞学检查(TCT)用于宫颈癌前病变筛查的优越性。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年01月～2010年11月收治1032例妇科病人宫颈液基细胞学检查结果。结果:1032例受检妇科病人中,TBS分级系统感染为腺上皮异常级别的阳性患者852例。结论:液基细胞学检查提高了细胞学诊断的准确性,能早期预知宫颈癌前病变,从而达到早诊断、早治疗的目的。
