2008年甘肃省药物滥用监测数据分析

目的：了解2008年甘肃省药物滥用流行情况，为我省药物滥用防治情况提供科学依据。方法：参照流行病学调查方法，对2008年收集到的4510例监测样本进行分析。结果：药物滥用者文化程度较低，吸毒者以无业人员为主，海洛因仍然为主要滥用的精神活性物质，曲马多和地芬诺酯的滥用增长明显。结论：继续加大对特殊药物的监管力度，加强重点人群和重点地区的药物滥用防治工作，并建立相应的社会保障机制，对恢复药物滥用者的个人功能，家庭功能和社会功能非常有益。

The data analysis of 2008 drug abuse monitoring in Gansu Province

Objective： To study the epidemic condition of drug abuse in Gansu province, and to provide evidence for drug abuse prevention and cure.Methods： We analyzed 4510 monitoring samples collected in 2008, with reference to epidemiological methods of investigation. Results： Most of drug abusers were unemploged and with lower education level. Heroin remains main psychoactive substance. The growth of abusing Diphenoxylate and Tramadol was obvious.Conclusion：We should continue to intensify supervision of special drugs, strengthen drug abuse prevention and treatment for focus groups and key areas, and establish a social security mechanism. It is very uesful to restore personal, family and social ability of drug abuse.
