狼疮性肾炎中单核细胞趋化因子-1的表达及意义

目的:观察在狼疮性肾炎(LN)肾组织单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)的表达和单核巨噬细胞(MΦ)的浸润,探讨其与相应的肾脏病理之间的关系。方法:按照ISN/RPS 2003年狼疮肾炎病理学分型标准进行分型,用免疫组化技术检测8例正常及42例LN患者肾组织MCP-1及CD68的表达。结果:(1)与正常对照组相比,狼疮性肾炎(LN)组肾小球、肾小管间质MCP-1表达量及CD68标记的单核巨噬细胞的浸润数量高于正常对照组,尤其在Ⅳ型的表达更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)MCP-1在肾小球、肾小管肾间质的表达与MΦ在肾小球、肾小管肾间质浸润数量呈正相关(r=0.621和r=0.630,P<0.01);结论:(1)巨噬细胞参与LN肾小球和肾间质小管的炎症病变,其表达与LN进行性损伤有关;(2)LN肾小球和肾小管间质中浸润的巨噬细胞可能受MCP-1趋化作用的影响。

The Expression of MCP-1 in Lupus Nephritis

Objective To study the expression ofMonoeyte Chemoattmetant Protein-1 （MCP-1）, and the infiltration of mononuelear maerophage（MФ ） in lupus nephritis（LN）. Investigate their relationship with kidney pathology. Methods Lupus nephritis was elassifieated according to the standard of ISN/RPS pathology types in 2003. The expression MCP-1 and CD68 were detected by immunohistoehemistry in nephridial tissue of 8 normal controls and 42 LN patients.Results （1） Compared with control group, the expression of MCP-1, the infiltration of MФ in LN were higher,especially in type IV,the difference was significance （P〈0.01）.（2）The expression of MCP-1 positively correlated with MФ infiltration in glomeruli and nephric tubul erenal interstitium （r=0.621 和r=0.630,P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion （1） MФ participated in the inflammation of both glomerular and tubulointerstitial in LN, its expression was related to the progressive injury of LN.（2） MФ infiltration of mesenchymal in glomemli and tubulointerstitial may be chemoamacted by MCP-1 in LN.
