| 摘 要： | 目的 本文探讨腰椎间盘脱出症的治疗效果。方法 采用综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘脱出症１２８例。结果 非手术治疗７２例，治愈率为４８．６％。手术治疗５６例，治愈率为７６．８％，优良率９１．１％。结论 椎间盘脱出症的治疗原则为：应先采用非手术疗法，无效时再进行手术治疗，并且要严格掌握手术适应症。

| Abstract: | Objective To Study the clinical effect of combining therapy on lumbar intervertebal disc. Methods There were 128 patients of lumbar disc herniation, including 82 females and 36 males, with a range from 21 to 65 years. 72 cases were treated by non-operation therapy. 56 cases were treated by discestomy. Results 72 patients were used by non-operation therapy, excellent in 35 cases, good in 17 cases, fair in 9 cases and poor in 11 cases. The excellent and satisfactory rate were 72.2% .56 patients were used by discestomy. 43 cases were excelleut, 8 cases were good, 4 cases were fair and one was poor. The excellent and satisfactory rate were 90.8% . Conclusion It seems to the writer that the therapy principle shoule be non-operation in preference to operation therapy. After non-operation therapy is of no effect, then operation therapy is used. Operation indication is seriously mastered. |
