| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒适护理在内镜下逆行胰胆管造影或十二指肠乳头肌切开取石术（ERCP/EST）病人中的应用。方法将98例患者按入院先后分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理;比较两组病人术前常见心理问题,术中舒适程度,术后恢复情况及病人满意度。结果观察组病人术前常见心理问题,术中舒适程度,术后恢复情况及病人满意度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论术前、术中针对性的舒适护理是使患者身心舒适统一、积极配合手术的保证;舒适护理可促进病人术后的恢复,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,并可减少术后并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of the comfort care in ERCP/EST patients.Methods 98 cases of patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given comfort care.The common psychological problems of preoperative,intraoperative comfort,postoperative recovery and patients satisfaction degrees were observed.Results The common psychological problems of preoperative,intraoperative comfort,postoperative recovery and patients satisfaction degrees of observation group were better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Preoperative,intraoperative targeted physical and mental comfort care can keep patients comfortable reunification,actively cooperate with the surgery,comfort care can promote postoperative recovery,improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. |
