摘    要:目的研究大孔树脂吸附法分离纯化橙皮中橙皮苷的最佳工艺条件,通过熔点、橙皮苷的薄层(TLC)、UV及IR图谱进行结构表征。方法以橙皮苷的纯度为指标,比较HPD826、HPD417、AB-8、HPD722及HPD600大孔树脂对橙皮苷的吸附和解吸附性能。结果 AB-8大孔树脂对橙皮苷的吸附和解吸附性能较好,吸附量为0.37 mg/g,吸附率为86.2%;10%的乙醇碱溶液(V/V)洗脱,解吸率为72.7%。结论橙皮苷的最佳纯化工艺是选用AB-8大孔树脂吸附,pH12的10%乙醇碱溶液(V/V)洗脱,所得产物纯度达91.5%,同时图谱确证了橙皮苷的结构。
