摘    要:目的 探讨交通伤后胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折在关节镜下复位、PDS-Ⅱ线固定的治疗方法.方法 在2005年2月~2009年12月间,我科共治疗36例交通伤后急性胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折.男性25例,女性7例;平均年龄27.5岁(11~55岁).其中Ⅱ型9例(25%),Ⅲ型20例(56%),Ⅳ型7例(19%).手术采用关节镜下骨折复位...

Abstract:Objective To investigate the arthroscopic treatment of avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence using PDSⅡ-suture fixation.Methods Totally 36 patients with acute avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence(Meyers and Mckeever typeⅡ in 9 cases,typeⅢ in 20 cases and type Ⅳ in 7cases)were arthroscopically treated with PDS-Ⅱ suture fixation from Feb.2005 to Oct.2009.The average age of patients was 27.5 years(11-55).Results All the patients were followed up for 6-37 months with an average of 20.1 months except for one case.The clinical results were proved to be satisfied radiographically.They had 98.2(87-100) Lysholm’s scores and Lachman test showed negative results.Thirty-two knees had normal functions and 3 patients had limited range of motion.One case had severe knee fibrosis after the primary surgery and was released under arthroscopy again.Conclusion Arthroscopic reduction and PDS-Ⅱsuture fixation is an effective,safe and simple method for treating avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence.
