| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL) in septic complications after trauma.Methods Totally 81 patients with trauma were reviewed,who were admitted to the emergency department of Second Affiliated Hospital,Medical College of Shantou University,between Apr.2007 and Apr.2010.Plasma was collected at admission,12,24 and 48 hours to measure plasma NGAL by ELISA.Results Totally 21 patients with septic trauma had much higher plasma NGAL concentration(P<0.0... |
