| 摘 要： | 研究已证实肾虚与稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）关系密切。从温补肾阳、补益肺肾、温补脾肾、补肾益肺健脾等方面阐述补肾法的临床应用，并从调节免疫、调节氧化抗氧化系统平衡、改善血液流变、降低肺动脉压、改善呼吸功能等方面深入探讨补肾法的作用机制，从而为补肾法治疗稳定期COPD提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | It has been proved by many researches that there is close relation between renal deficiency and stable phase of COPD. Invigorating the kidney includes warming kidney, tonifying kidney and lung, warming kidney and spleen, tonifying kidney, lung and spleen. Invigorating the kidney has such functions as modifying immune, regulating the balance between oxidating and anti-oxidating, ameliorating blood flow, demoting pulmonary artery pressure and improving respiratory function. |
