伊索霜治疗痤疮的实验研究与临床观察

目的:观察伊索霜对痤疮动物模型的影响及对寻常痤疮的治疗作用.方法:用维A酸霜作对照,以青春期♂家兔为实验对象,研究药物对痤疮动物模型的影响,以寻常痤疮患者为受试对象,观察该制剂的疗效.结果:伊索霜能明显缩小皮脂腺直径和毛囊面积,与基质对照组比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);伊索霜和维A酸霜的总有效率分别为86.7%和71.7%,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);两组的不良反应发生率分别为11.7%和10.0%,差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论:伊索霜可缩小模型兔耳毛囊的面积和皮脂腺的直径,其临床疗效高于维A酸霜.

Experimental and clinical study of Yisuo cream in the treatment of acne

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Yisuo cream on the model and assess it's clinical efficacy in acne vulgaris. METHODS Use 0.025% tretinoin cream as control, the test was performed in adolescence male rabbits and acne vulgaris. RESULTS Yisuo cream could reduce the diameter of the sebaceous glands and the area of the hair follicles significantly( P < 0.05 , P < 0.01 ). The effective rate of the Yisuo cream and the tretinoin cream were 86.7% and 71.7% , and the difference at effective rate between the two groups was significant ( P < 0.05 ). The ADRs rate of 11.7% and 10.0% in test group and control group was observed, and there was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0.05 ).CONCLUSION Yisuo cream can reduce the diameter of the sebaceous glands and the area of the hair follicles in the rabbit model. It's clinical efficacy is higher than 0.025% tretinoin cream for acne vulgaris.
