艾司洛尔在快速性室上性心律失常中的作用

目的：为了解超短效高选择性β1-受体阻滞剂注射液（盐酸艾司洛尔注射液）对快速性室上性心律失常的临床疗效。方法：本文共选取64例快速性心律失常患者，在心电监护下给予艾司洛尔注射液静脉给药，观察用药后的疗效，以转复为窦性心律或心室率减慢至100次／min为显效。结果：提示该药对窦性心动过速治疗反应最佳。异位性室上性心律失常中，约1／3病例转复为窦性心律，其余病例虽为转复，但一般可使心室率减慢。而且大多数病人对艾司洛尔耐受良好，较少副作用。结论：该药半衰期仅为9min，是一种安全、有效的抗心律失常药物。

Effect of Esmolol on Supraventricular Tachyarrhythmia

To study the clinical effect of esmolol which is a super - short term and highly selected β1 - receptorblocker. Methods: 64 cases of supraventricular tachyarrhythmia patient were taken esmol intravenously under monitor of ECGto oborve its effect with standard of HR lowering to 100 per min. Results: It showed that there were best effect in sinustachycardia and good effect in ectopic supraventricular tachyarrhythmia about 1/3 turn to sinus rate. It could decrease heartrate in other type arrhythmia and had good endurance and fewer side effects in most patients. Conclusion: Esmolol is a safeand effective anti - arrhythmia drug which half- life period is only 9 min.
