米非司酮联合依沙吖啶在早发型重度子痫前期终止妊娠中的应用

目的：研究探讨米非司酮联合依沙吖啶在早发型重度子痫前期终止妊娠中的应用及其安全性。方法：36例孕26～32周需行终止妊娠措施的早发型重度子痫前期患者随机分观察组及对照组，各18例；观察组行米非司酮联合依沙吖啶引产，对照组单用依沙吖啶引产。观察两组的引产成功率、产程情况、出血量、不良反应及并发症。结果：观察组引产成功率高于对照组，观察组产程发动及总产程时间、胎膜胎盘滞留、产后出血量及产道损伤均比对照组少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：对于一些需终止妊娠的早发型重度子痫前期应用米非司酮联合依沙吖啶引产是一种安全、有效、简便的终止妊娠方法。

The Application of Mifepristone Combined with Ethacridine to Terminating of Pregnancy in Early Onset Severe Pre-eclampsia

Objective： To study the application and safety of mifepristone combined with ethacridine to termination of pregnancy in early onset severe pre - eclampsia. Method ： 36 cases of pregnancy in early onset severe pre - eclampsia were divided randomly into observing group and control group, 18 cases each . Treatment group was treated with mifepristone and ethacridine , control group was treated with ethacridine only. Two groups were observed for their sucesess rate, labor situation , postpartum bleeding ,adverse reaction and complication. Result： Sucesess rate of observing group was higher than that of control group. The observing group ＇ s time of launch the birth process and total labor, and the rate of fetal membranes and placenta retained and birth canal injuried, the amount of postpartum bleeding were fewer than those in the control group,There＇s statistics significant difference respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two group of adverse reaction rate was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The treatment of mifepristone combined with ethacridine to terminating of pregnancy in early onset severe pre - eclampsia was safe, effective and simple method for the patients that hadn ＇ t severe complication and contraindication.
