| 摘 要： | 通过92例颅骨外伤性面瘫的治疗,分析了面瘫程度、失神经支配程度、合并骨折、耳聋等因素对其预后的影响。作者提出综合判定预后的指标,供制定治疗方案参考。

| Abstract: | In the treatment of head traumatic facial nerve Palsy in 92 cases ,effects on the prognosis were analysed of facial palsy degree, denervation degree,bone fracture complication and sensorineural deafness. The choice of cherapy and its initiation time could alter the effects of the above factors on the prognosis. Parameters for complete evaluation of the prognosis were indicated which might he beneficial to the work out of a proper therapy. |
