格林巴利综合征早期并发症的原因分析及护理

目的：探讨格林巴利综合征患者早期并发症的预防监测，提高急性期救治质量。方法：对48例格林巴利综合征患者，发生早期并发症的31例进行了预见性评估分析并提出护理对策。结果：1例遗留轻度吞咽障碍，4例遗留心肌缺血改变，其余早期并发症均得到控制。结论：运用预见性护理可发现格林巴利综合征早期并发症的危险信号，提高抢救成功率。

Analysis and predicting nursing of early complications in patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome

Objective: this paper has discussed the preventive mornitoring of early complications in patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, and to increase the rescue quality in acute stage. Methods: 31 cases with early complications out of 48 patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome were analyzed with predicting assessment and nursing implementation were proposed. Results; all the complications were controled, except 1 case with slight difficulty in swallowing and 4 with myocardial ischemic. Conclusion: dangerous signal of early complications in patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome could be found and success rate of rescue was increased with predicting nursing.
