| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大麻素2型受体(CB2受体)在人正常皮肤与皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达规律及其意义。方法采用免疫组化、RT-PCR检测人正常皮肤和皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中CB2受体在蛋白和mRNA不同水平的表达情况。结果CB2受体在人正常皮肤和鳞状细胞癌均有表达;皮肤鳞状细胞癌与正常皮肤表达CB2的强度间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤鳞状细胞癌中CB2受体在蛋白和基因水平表达均升高,皮肤鳞状细胞癌CB2受体表达强度明显大于正常皮肤,提示CB2与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展关系密切。
