口服蓖麻油在输尿管结石诊断及治疗中的应用

目的探讨口服蓖麻油在输尿管结石诊断及治疗中的价值.方法对拟诊输尿管结石而充盈膀胱后检查不满意者,嘱患者当晚临睡前口服蓖麻油30 ml,次日空腹并充盈膀胱后检查.结果 690例患者,除47例外,均能清晰显示结石的部位,超声诊断符合率为93%.结论口服蓖麻油对输尿管结石诊断及治疗,具有一定的临床实用价值.

Clinical Application of Oral Castor Oil in Diagnosis and Treatment of Ureteral Lithiasis

Objective To Explore the value of oral castor oil in diagnosis and treatment of ureteral lithiasis. Methods We chose the cases initially diagnosed as ureteral lithiasis under unsatisfactory images after filling the bladder.The patients took 30 ml of castor oil predormitally at the last evening and underwent ultrasonography in fast state and filling bladder. Results In 690 patients,643 patients revealed lithes and their locations were clearly on ultrasonography.The accurate diagnostic rate of ultrasonography was 93%(643/690). Conclusions Oral castor oil is a good method which possesses applicable value in the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral lithiasis.
