摘    要:目的:考察影响刺五加总黄酮滴丸制备工艺的各种因素,确定最佳制备工艺。方法:在单因素考察的基础上,以基质与药物比例、基质与基质比例、滴制时药液的温度、滴速为考察因素,以滴丸的外观、丸重差异、溶解时限为考察指标,设计正交试验考察滴丸制备的最佳工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为以黏度200mPa/s的二甲基硅油为冷却剂,基质PEG4000与PEG6000配方比例为2:3,药物与基质比例1:2,料液温度80cc,滴速35滴/min,冷却剂温度-10℃,滴距80mm。结论:优选的制备工艺方法简单、可行、重现性好。

Abstract:Objective: To determine optimum preparation technology of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosl total flavonoids Dropping pills by researching various factors on it. Method : Based on single factor test, the orthogo- nal test was conducted with the ratio of bases and drugs, the ratio of bases and bases, temperature of drops, drop velocity as investigation factors. Taking appearance of dropping pills, weight variation, time limit of dis- solution as index, the formulation and technique of the dropping pills were optimized by the orthogonal experi- ment. Results : Optimum technology was : methylsilicon oil ( viscosity 200 mPa/S) as refrigerant, proportion of PEG4000 -PEG6000 was 2:3, drug to matrix was 1:2, processing temperature was at 80℃, and cooling temperature was - 10℃, dropping distance was 80 mm and dropping speed was 35 drops/min. Conclusion : The preparation technique is simple, feasible and reproducible.
