| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨独立通气笼盒(IVC设施)进行清洁小鼠的繁殖生产及动物实验的效果。方法:应用IVC笼具进行清洁小鼠繁育生产及动物实验并通过严格的软件管理。结果:小鼠繁殖生长良好,微生物质控指标达到清洁小鼠标准要求,科研动物实验结果稳定、可靠。结论:说明IVC笼具可以生产清洁级小鼠及进行动物实验,本试验的成功对于推动基层科研动实验条件的提高具有现实的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To test the application of IVC in breeding of clean mice and experimentation. Method: IVC was used to bread clean mice and experimentation under strict management. Result: Mice showed normal development and reproductive function. Microbilogial paramenters examined on the maintained mice meet the national related requirements.Conclusion:This work shows that IVC is a practical animal facility in China. |
