肝硬化病人血浆胃动素水平的变化及其临床意义

目的 探讨肝硬化病人空腹血浆胃动素水平的变化及其与肝功能损害的关系。方法 应用放免法检测肝炎肝硬化病人、慢性胆炎病人和正常人空腥血浆胃动素，并进行比较。结果 肝硬化病人平均空腥血浆胃动素水平的变化及异常率（〉３１２ｎｇ／ｍｌ为异常）均明显高于慢性肝炎和正常人，且ＣｈｉｌｄＣ级〉Ｂ级〉Ａ级。肝硬化进空腹血浆胃动素水平与血浆白蛋白呈负相关，与血清总胆红素呈正相关。结论 肝硬化病人空腹血浆胃动素水平明显

Clinical significance of level of plasma motilin in liver cirrhosis patients

Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of fasting plasma motilin and liver function damage in patients with liver cirrhosis.Method The levels of plasma motilin were measured by radioimmunoassay in 42 liver cirrhosis patients,26 chronic hepatitis patients and 30 healthy adults,being compared with each other.Results The average level of plasma motilin and abnormal rate(>312 ng/ml as abnormality)in liver cirrhosis patients was significantly higher than that in chronic hepatitis and healthy adults.child C>child B>child A in cirrhosis patients.The level of plasma motilin in liver cirrhiosis patients correlated negatively with serum albumin and positively with serum bilirubin.Conclusion The levels of fasting plasma motilin in cirrhosis patients obviously increase,being associated with the damage of liver function.
