微创手术治疗腋臭的护理

目的:总结微创手术治疗腋臭患者的护理方法.方法:回顾性分析微创手术治疗30例腋臭患者的资料和护理方法.结果:30例患者中,有2例患者因形成皮瓣下血肿导致伤口延迟愈合,1例患者皮瓣移位坏死,1例患者拆线后伤口裂开,经换药后伤口均愈合,26例患者伤口愈合良好.结论:微创手术治疗腋臭,术后加压包扎可避免死腔和血肿形成,避免术后皮瓣坏死;术后制动可避免皮瓣移位坏死,促进伤口愈合,减少疤痕形成.

Nursing cage of patients with osmidrosis axillae treated by minmally invasive surgery

Objective:To summarize the nursing method of minimally invasive surgery for patients with osmidrosis axillae.Methods:The clinical data and nursing method in 30patients with osmidrosis axillae treated by minimally invasive surgery were analysed retrospectively.Results:of 30 patients,2 occurred sub-skin flap hematoma leading to delayed wound healing and 1each for the transposition and necrosis of skin flap and wound dehiscence after stitches remove,all cases healed well after dressing change;other 26 healed well.Conclusion:In order to avoid dead space and hematoma formation as well as skin flap necrosis,the pressure bandaging is adopted after operation;pastoperative braking can avoid the transposition and necrosis of skin flap,promote the wound healing and reduce scar formation.
