| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧联合舒马普坦治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法90例偏头痛患者随机分为高压氧组、舒马普坦组和联合治疗组，每组30例，对比分析各组间的有效率和2h止痛率。结果有效率：联合组（97％）高于高压氧组（77％）和舒马普坦组（80％），差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；2h止痛率：联合组（100％）、高压氧组（93％）高于舒马普坦组（73％），差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论高压氧联合舒马普坦是治疗偏头痛的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with sumatriptan in the treatment of migraine. Methods 90 patients with migraine were randomly divided into three groups: hyperbaric oxygen group,sumatriptan group,and hyperbaric oxygen plus sumatriptan group, with 30 patients in each group. The responder rates and the antalgic rates were studied in the groups. Results The responder rate (97% ) in the combination group was significantly greater than that (11%) in the hyperbaric oxygen group and that (80% ) in the sumatriptan group (P < 0. 05). The antalgic rates after two hours were 100% in the combination group and 93% in the hyperbaric oxygen group. Both were significantly greater than that (73%) in the sumatriptan group (P < 0. 05). Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen combined with sumatriptan was an effective treatment of migraine. |
