| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自控镇痛泵(PCA泵)在普外科术后的临床护理措施,提高护理质量。方法通过对普外科手术后患者采用自控镇痛泵治疗的临床观察,了解其镇痛效果、不良反应及并发症的发生情况。结果患者镇痛效果均达到临床要求,PCA治疗可能出现恶心、呕吐、尿潴留、胃肠蠕动慢、肌肉僵直等不良反应。结论在护理过程中,护理人员要加强业务学习,掌握PCA使用方法,了解镇痛药物的药理作用,严密观察,加强管道管理,确保镇痛效果和减少不良反应的发生。
